Refund policy

REFUND AND RETURNS:

RSVP Cosmetics Inc. are committed to offering our Customers the finest products available. If you feel the products you received do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion within original packaging and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase less the cost of shipping.

Please call our customer service line at 604-971-0855 within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code. Please do not ship the item back before calling and receiving a return code.
All items may be returned for a refund less any shipping charges paid on the original order.

If you wish to return an item(s) from your online order by mail, follow the steps below.

1) Please email us (info@rsvpbeautyclinic.com) or call us at 604-971-0855 and provide the name of the items you would like to return. Please pack the contents carefully to avoid damage and retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

2) We will provide you with a Return Code.

3) Ship the returned product including the Return Code to:

Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records. Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

4) Upon receipt and inspection, we will apply the refund to your credit card.
